
Resident Centric Community Access
EntryZen puts residents at the center of gated community access. Through our app or web interface, residents can quickly create, schedule, share, and revoke single- or multi-day Entry Passes. Each pass includes entry point locations for easy access, with real-time visit tracking for peace of mind. Residents can instantly delete passes when plans change.
Site Managers invite Master Residents to configure properties and onboard members, while Master Residents manage household memberships. Guards use a dedicated dashboard to record walk-ups, verify visitor identities, and operate barriers. Site Managers control access by adding/removing Guards, authorizing devices, and enforcing token-based authentication

Residents
Residents have full control over visitor access via our web app or mobile app. They can create and share single- or multi-day entry passes with mapped entry points, revoke passes instantly, and view all entry activity in a clear log. Residents can also trigger electronic gates for smooth, seamless arrivals.

Guards
Guards use a dedicated dashboard on the app or web to view entry passes, record walk-ups, verify identities with prefilled data, and trigger gates. All admissions are logged for real-time visibility. The streamlined layout ensures fast, accurate processing at both manned and unmanned entry points, maintaining tight security.

Site and property management
Site Managers have full oversight of each community site: they invite Master Residents, add or remove Guards, and authorize devices for secure dashboard access. Master Residents configure their property profiles, invite Residents into their household, and manage membership permissions.

Visitors
Residents share entry passes with visitors containing a unique four-letter code or link. Visitors securely pre-fill their ID, view entry points, and read instructions. At manned checkpoints, guards verify identities with the code, while at unmanned gates, visitors tap the link to open the gate, ensuring a seamless, self-service arrival
