For Residents

An Entry Pass is a shareable link or 4-letter code created by a resident for a visitor. It can be restricted to a specific date, a recurring schedule, or set for permanent guests.

No. You can set up "Permanent Guests" for frequent visitors like family or recurring service staff. This provides them with long-term access that doesn't require you to issue a new pass for every visit.

No. With EntryZen, residents can open authorized community gates directly from their smartphone app, eliminating the cost and hassle of distributing physical remotes.

Yes. Residents have access to a private, searchable guest history for their specific property, showing every visitor who has entered.

Absolutely. Any active entry pass can be revoked or deleted instantly through the app if your plans change.

Sharing the link provides your guest with a complete "arrival kit." They can view their 4-letter entry code, see the exact GPS location of the community entry point (saving you from providing directions), and securely pre-fill their identification and vehicle details. This ensures they spend the absolute minimum amount of time waiting at the gate.

Entry passes are valid for the specific timeframe you set. If a guest arrives outside those hours, the system will flag the pass, and the guard can perform a manual verification.

For Managers & Boards

We have dedicated "Site Worker" workflows. Guards can check workers in and out, and managers can monitor real-time "Onsite" status for all service personnel to ensure accountability.

EntryZen includes a high-capacity bulk invitation system. Managers can upload resident lists and send secure onboarding links via email in seconds.

Technical & Security

Everything required to interface with your community's existing gate system is provided and installed by EntryZen. Our hardware requires a Wi-Fi connection to operate. if your entry point doesn't have coverage, we can provide a connectivity solution at cost.

Guard-managed entry points require an Android tablet. The community can provide their own, or EntryZen can provide one for a small additional fee added to your monthly service.

If there is a power backup system (e.g. UPS) for the gates and Wi-Fi, the system will continue to operate as normal.

Strict hardware security is enforced. A site manager must explicitly approve every device (phone or tablet) before it can be used by a guard to trigger a gate.
